Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns

All cancelled items are subject to a 3% fee on the total order to cover transaction fees.

Your item must be in original new condition to be returned. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of your item being delivered. All returns are charged with a 15-30% restocking fee. Restocking fees can vary depending on the brand and/or item.

Many items such as seats and custom powder-coated items cannot be returned.

Cancellations

If an order needs to be cancelled for any reason, please contact our team via email at robertsons174@gmail.com. If you make a mistake when ordering and the item has already been shipped, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back (refer to the returns section above).
